Dr. Yamini Singh An urban and transport planner with more than 16 years of work experience in corporate and research sectors.
Now an entrepreneur offering consulting and advisory services on sustainable urban development issues. Will be giving a TEDx 'Power talk' in April'16 on 'personal development'. Holds a PhD. in Urban Transport from the University of Twente, The Netherlands having researched on measuring Transit-Oriented Development at differed scales. Has worked extensively on project management, traffic analysis and forecast, organization of public consultations and workshops. Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills, leadership qualities and interests beyond the regular work. Recipient of various scholarships and has an academic record complete with distinctions.
She has given two TEDx talks in the Netherlands, one of them about the gender gap in our cities and she received the TEDxAmsterdamWomen Pitch Night Award for that too. For more information, you can access her Website.
